Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India
My father left his self acquired property with out will. But he left a chit saying that this property has to go to his grandon. But it is with out witness and also mentions he is not not happy mentally without mentioning any reason. and it is unsigned. What needs to be done can it be taken as will?

there is no meaning of said chit. you can't use it as a will.
better file a declaration suit. in a competent court.
