Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India
My father is owning assets that were created on his own and not ancestral property.
Part (15%) of these assets were given to my sister(s) as dowry for their marriage.
He recently registered a will in my favour for the balance assets (85%).
My question is can my sister(s) claim legally on the registered will of the balance 85% property in future.
Kindly advise.

Yes by challenging the will.

No, not if the WILL has been lawfully executed with attestation by two witnesses and her share has been properly worded to the extent of 15%.
