My father has registered a will in favor of third party (He is not related to us from any side) He has put suit for declaration but we r challenged that. In will there shown the relationship with my father as meternal uncle . What will be the final judgment of this case ?

your father could have made a will in respect of his self acquired property in favour of any one, relative or not. For will, what is required to be seen is the execution and witness attestation.
You have not mentioned who has put suit for declaration and seeking what declaration?
