Kindly advise :
if father wants to transfer his self acquired property to his daughter by making a registered will, then any noc is required from his son. the property is in delhi. what is the procedure, kindly guide me.

he can take help of a local lawyer and get will prepared and registered. In case of self acquired property no NOC is required.
