I live in borivali and the appartment where i live is going under redevelopment ... hence after speaking to landlord the appartment may be needed to vacant after 6 months and according to him in jan 2011 the builder will give notice to vacate ... and 3 months time will be given now the landlord wants to renew the agreement for 6 months........ what do you advice
