I live in Delhi and my in laws has submitted a false & fabricated will in LIC & EPF to deny a my claim on my husband's LIC policies & Provident fund & pension amount. Do I need to file suits in different courts or can I file case in one court.

as they submitted false documents in the court, you may move an application u/s 340 of crpc for lodging of an FIR by court orders.
