My mother passed away recently. we are in the process of getting a death certificate from Gurgaon authorities.Could you please tell me; how we three brother sisters go about changing the property ownership or title change also other things like bank account? How much does it cost?where to do? and how long does it take? How much time do we have to do all that? Is there a time limit?

you have not mentioned whether she has left a will or not. You may apply at any time. you all three brother and sisters (father not mentioned?) are equal owners in the property and bank account. You may start the process with bank independently. Formalities could be completed without going to the court. cost would depend if your handling yourself. there is nothing which you cannot do in this type of situation.
