Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India

A plot of land is owned by parents and 2 children under HUF, but the area of each member has not been demarcated. What is the process if the parents want to give their portion of the land to their 2 children, so that each gets half of the land, after the parents' demise

Dear Sir / Madam,

The HUF may be dissolved and the parents may partition the land equally amongst the two sons. One possibility is that the parents make a Will to this effect.

Even if nothing is done - both the Children will get half share - after the demise of parents. You may, if you want to expedite the process, partition the property and give each child half share.
