Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India

Probate and succession

My father and mother died in a span of 7 months. I am staying in the same house inherited by my grandfather. They have not made any will. I have 2 sisters. They are not giving NOC and also they are not ready to approach court for their share.

My grandfather's will status is as follows: Houses were specified for 2 sons and 2 daugthers, they got it registered. One belongs to my father. The dimensions shown in will are wrong in case of houses specified for daughters.

He has not specified agri lands about 2 acres. He writes it should be shared equally by his children. This is still in his name only.

Probate petition filed by his 2 daughters was dismissed due to lack of evidence of attestors when they were alive. Now attestors are dead, so amount in banks are lying there only.

He has written my father should not participate in his last rites and we should not build first floor on our house. This shows he was not mentally stable at the time of executing the will and he was under the influence of some people.

Now can I give ad in newspaper and if my sisters do not raise any objections, then fight for equal share of my grandfather in court and if i get it, will my sister have any rights on this.
