Property was bought in my Grand mom name only. in the second page of the mother document my Grand father has signed saying that: We paid 1000 Rs.Amount on behalf of the claimant(grand mom).Since grand father has signed in the document, kindly explain whether this property belongs to Grand father(ANCESTRAL property?)OR Grand mom(SELF OWNED Property?)They have 2daughter&1youngest son. Daughters(Aunts) got married before1978, and my grand mom expired on 1985 with unregistered will stating that my father has ownership on our property and no claim for daughters. After grand mom�s death, my father changed patta to his name & all taxes are being paid by him from 2002 to till date. now My father made settlement(husband to wife)to my mother &

applied patta, EB&TAX also.1. Please explain The WILL made by my Grand mom is valid or not? Because of my grand father bought in my(grand mom)name.

2. My aunts & here sons have any possibility for equal share in that property?

(As per hindu succession act) 3. The settlement made by my father to my mother is valid or not? 4. This property is a ancestral property OR self owned property?

5. What we have to do safe this property our side Because they ready to appeal in court if kvt bound is help us

No,itis your grand mother's property and she can deal with the property as per her wishes and any settlement on her behalf is not binding on her.
