Registration of unregistered will already under probate,why ?
MY father left an unregistered will which is under probate and two of his childred believe the will is fabricated and are contesting. The judge has asked my mother to get the will registered ,Why ? How will it be disadvantageous to the contesting parties ?

A registered will is a proof that the will is geniune and therefore even when registration of will is optional under the law in case there are chances of future disputes it is normally registered.
