Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India

Thank you for your reply to my last Q as given below, which I think was not framed:

"It is known that plural marriages in hindus were an acceptable form prior to Hindu marriage act 1955. Will such marriages be voidable".

My Question should have been will the second marriage be void. May I request for your answer again please.

the second marriage is void ab initio and not voidable at the instance of any party.
