I reside in Bangalore. In the year 2000 my father gifted his self acquired property to me. I am the last daughter to him in relation. In 2003 he expired due to heartattack. In the year 2008 I sold the property to buy an apartment.
Now, my elder sister is blaming me of fraudantly I got the property. She has approached the court. Will she get the partition on my property.
