sir i am from new delhi and i have a register will in my favor do i need to probate this will ?and what is the will probate? my all sister is in my favour expet my brother.

In Delhi, as such, probate is not required. However, if your brother raises objections on the validity of the will before the governing agency, then governing agency insist upon the probate of will. The probate of Will is an order of the court whereby the beneficiary can administer the estate of the deceased. It does not declare the title in favour of any one.
