Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India
My sister married to a person without my father consent and ran from house .Now after my father death she is coming and asking her share .I have my father will but she says she will go to court .Please suggest what should I do .

all you have to ensure that property was your father's self acquired property and that the will has been executed in accordance with the law duly witnessed by two attesting witnesses. However, her marriage will have no relevance for inheritance.
