myself and my wife are the co-owners of a built up hose on a 213sq.meters plot.we want to make a will in the name of our onlyson ,who is 32 years old .It is also desired that we should also made a special clause to mention about our daughter who 9is mentally retarded and unmarried,to be lookk after by my son properly..let us know the conditions and a format /draft so that we may execute it.
