Agreement Break

I joined a software company by signing agreement for two years and submitted all my orignal

certificates.I could not able to continue work because of failed promises during recruitment

and torture.I came out voluntarily and asked them to give my certificates.The refuse to give

ever my certificates.Is possible to get my certificates by legally.There are six more people

with me for the same.Can we meet collectorate of district to overcame this issue?We are

highly affected for last eight months and we are unable to even search for a job without our

certificates.

No employer has right to deposit certificates from its employees although in some palces employees are practicing as such.Inspight of your breaking the agreement between both of you the employer has to seek return of slaries he provided to you as you have breached the agreement.To recover your certificates you can approach the police locally by making a complaint.But I hope you may be asked to compensate for the agrement breach.

You may make a demand and also meet the authorities; if you do not succeed, you may consider filing a civil suit in the local courts.
