Legal Question in Workers Comp in India
assignment with a foreign company
I have got an employment with a US non-profit organisation (under section 501). They intend to start a pvt ltd company here in India. My question is what kind of a contract should I get into with them. Also, can I be a part of the PVT LTD company as they would require an indian representative on the board.

Every company has a set format of contract,so you do not have much to put your condition.
