on compansation ground in BSNL Company
my father was working in BSNL Company. some time ago he was expire in running job.they have a some rules in compansation ground and i am not aligibal for that so can go in cort so that is the rules is comming pls tall us.

If as per rules you are not eligble for compassinate appointment, put application to Govt. for relaxation of rules and for appointment. Then approach to the Court if rules are in voilation of your rights.
