Legal Question in Workers Comp in India
Debts and securities department has not paid
Sir
I am giving you the details
Actually My Father was Working in MES
He Expired on 1987
He had two marriages
Although he took divorce from the first lady but at gram panchayat level.
The department refused to make any payment to my mother Smt Pratima--name removed--as she was second wife
but the court declared that me and my three sisters will be given the share on basis of inheritance.
the honourable high court directed the department to distribute all the debts and securities to me and my three sisters around two and half years ago.but till date only two months ago we got a payment of 2500each as insurance.
Plz suggest what to do

You can move the high court complaining non payment of dues.Consult your lawyer.

though i need to see papers for such advice but as per the details given by you if despite of orders from the honble high court the order is not being complied then you can move to the court for contemp proceedings against the concerned department.
