Legal Question in Workers Comp in India

Eductaion related ,sponsorship disputes

dear sir,

im a student doing ph.d in delhi college

of enginnering as a sponsored candidate.

as per the rules of sponsorship my parent organization[whr i worked]

has to give either full or half salry to me during my study period.

they have taken bond from me for serving 3 years duration

worth one lac ruppes after phd.

they refused to sign my sposorship certificate untill i sign a bond.

in sponsorship certificate it is clearly mentioned that they wll give full salary

during study period.

as i had no other way i signed that bond.

they have not given any finacial assisatnce to me during this study period.

now iam not planning to join my sponsored institue once again.

if so what are the legal implications that i have to face.

under wich sections of indian law i can defend myself

plz help

In given facts the organisation can file suit for damages or recovery of the bond ammount and the interest thereon.The matter is of civil dispute

and no criminal case is made out.
