Hello,
While working in our lab, I met with an accident and three of my fingers got partially amputated. I had medical insurance and hence it took care of all the hospital expenditures. What I wanted to know is am I eligible for some kind of compensation from company and if yes, how much?

you can get compensation under workmen compensation act and also seek damages in case the accident took place due to negligence of employer.
