Legal Question in Workers Comp in India
Leave Credit
An employee on resigning want to claim his leave credit. How to calculate the same and whether all allowance apart from basic and DA should be consider for the payment.

1. The question is not complete. Where the employee is working and whether it is under Central or State Govt.or private is not known without which the conditions of claim of leave salary on resignation are not learnt.
