model can clame for payment or not
if any model is sending me a portfolio through any e-mail without any thingh mentaion. and i am a model co-odination compony and i am using her photo on my wed site with any paper work. so model can clame me for a payment or not

You need not pay any thing if there is no offer or acceptance of payments from your both ends.

There is implied contract between two parties and you have to pay against the use of his/her portfolio on web site. Breach of contract entails payment of damages.

If you are using anyone picture for commercial purposes, you may need to compensate the person and seek his prior permission, unless the sender has clearly authorized you for the use of her picture waiving her right to receive compensation.
