Take a gift cheque of any amount from anyone from your paternal side, i.e. father, uncle etc in the name of < Your name-HUF> and then open a bank account in such name and the HUF will be formed. Thereafter keep generating income in that account and then it will be eligible for the same income tax benefits as that available to a resident individual.
