Supreme Court of India ruling
There was a Supreme court ruling or observation(i am not sure)that only Post Graduate teachers can teach Post Graduate students..can anybody remember the exact case law or anything related with this ruling?

This question has been repeated. I had answered you before.
The regulations stipulating qualifications for post graduate teachers are framed by University Grants Commission. The Supreme Court has also acknowledged this prime position of UGC in the matters of higher education.
