The crime of Child Solicitation can be found in the Indiana Code section 35-42-4-6. In simplest terms it means an adult asking or commanding an underage person to engage in sexual activity. It is a Class D felony, unless it is committed over the internet, in which case it is enhanced to a Class C felony.
