Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Indiana

I sold a used car as is and signed the title to her and a bill of sale. Now she refuses to pay for the vehicle and demands that I take it back. the total she owes is six hundred and I still have the check she wrote me that has a stop payment on it. What do I do from here?

You'll need to sue her to enforce the agreement and collect. If it's under the small claims court limit, you can do that route. If it's over, you need to retain a lawyer and have him/her proceed for you.
