Legal Question in Personal Injury in Indiana

What is the statute of limitations for a traumatic brain injury. My son was injuried in 2003. At the time the attorney said we could sue up until he was 18. now I have been told we can't because of the limitations. He will have issues the rest of his life. It happened on school property.

There is a time limit imposed by the statute of limitations and there is also a time limit for filing of a tort claims notice. You had best consult with an attorney immediately to see whether your case can still be filed.
