Legal Question in Disability Law in Indiana
Hello, my daughter is going to be Sophomore in high school this fall. She is perfevtly healthy except she has ADPKD which is a kidney disease where cysts form in her kidneys. She has a note on file at the school from her doctor explaing she may not be able to fully participate in all activities. Her P.E. teacher has said things to her like " can't you get transplant or something' and I should put in Spcial Ed. I have had enough ! My daughter is a B-C student. Is there any legal action that can be taken? I am not putting up with this no more.

I suggest that you speak with the principal of the school.
