Legal Question in Disability Law in Indiana

My Father in Indiana had several Law suites for Mesothemaloma and was getting settlements till he passed a way then my Mother was getting them untill she passed away and me and my brother was the only airs to my father but my little brother passed away before our mother. And I am the only living air left but now my fathers law ferm wants to split the money between me and my brothers children to whom never come to see me or any of my children plus now they want to charge me for all the moneys my father and mother recived. they want me to sign a waver to that extent and they are also holding moneys that are in hold. What can I do?
