Legal Question in Disability Law in Indiana

I have a friend who is going through a divorce and does not want her soon to be ex to have her new phone number. She has had correspondance with the ex's lawyer and given him her number with the understanding that he not give it to the ex. He did give the phone number to the ex. Does this cross any legal boundaries or breech any confidentialities?

No. The lawyer does not owe her any duty. To be frank, the husand could get this information by paying an investigative service to find it.
