is it mandatory that after first bouncing of cheque, notice has to be issued?

no, it is not necessary , you can present any number of time during the time of six month, once you issue notice cause of action to file complaint start running.

No you can try as many time as possible as long as cheque is valid . But if you issue notice once further stipulated time bound actions are required under said law

If u want to proceed for prosecution, the answer is yes. As courts' decisions are some times conflicting, it is better that you follow the procedure under Sec.138 of the N.I.Act once the cheque is returned for insufficiency of funds instead of repeating the presentation of cheques, unless the drawer has in writing advised you to do so before he received notice of demand from you.

No you can deposit the cheque any number of times. However once you issue notice the limitation starts and you cannot create a second cause of action by redepositing the cheque after issuing notice.

No it is not mandatory you may deposit the cheque number of times.That can act as a good stand in future of legal stand!
