Recently I helped out my daughter by signing a loan with her , big mistake my problem is this after a time

she lost her job and got pregnant and stopped paying on her loan is there a way tht i can get her to legaly

sign the car over to me so i can buy it resale it and end this problem because she has no intetions to make

any more payments on the car sense she informed her loan company that i have the same bank.So when she refused to pay they just drained my acounts after 4 months and they were aloud to do this without notice.

Well, Dad, I assume you are not a co-owner on the title. Of course it is possible for you to obtain possession and title to the car, but it may not be easy. See if the loan company will agree to assign their rights to you. I don't understand how they were able to go right into your account without first obtaining a judgment against you. I suggest you make an appointment with a real lawyer and bring all the papers you have about this problem. Call the county bar association referral service if you do not know any attorneys you trust to deal with it.
