Who knows if you should file????? Depends on how much you make, how much you owe, if you're getting sued, if you own a home, if you are paying for a car, if you are leasing or renting anything, if you make too much money, if you make too little money, if you have dischargeable debt,....and a number of other considerations.
How much will it cost? That depends on which attorney you hire, and where you get your credit counseling done.
This is like calling a doctor on the phone and saying "Am I sick?"
