Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Indiana

How do I get copies of proceeding transcripts?

The trustee preciding over my bankruptcy was so frustrated with the unpreparedness of my lawyer (who didn't show up, but had someone else cover) that he revoked my lawyer's fee. Something that he said he's only ever done twice. Now my lawyer is sueing me for the fee. How do I get copies of the transcripts to prove the fee was revoked?

Be sure you file an answer to the attorney's lawsuit, basically saying you deny you owe any money because the trustee voided the fee. Then make a copy of the lawsuit, and mail it with a letter to the trustee, explaining what happened. Also send a copy to the bankrutpcy judge, asking for help. The trustee will either provide a copy of the transcript or a letter. If it's true that the attorney's fee was revoked, then the attorney will soon become a sorry person that he ever disturbed you for the fee.
