Do I have so many days to back out of a car lease?

There are no days for backing out of a car sale. If the title has not been delivered in time, there is a way to return the car.

No. although, if delivery was not as promised you may be able to assert a breach and rescind the contract. However, without having hte lease to read, I can not state with certainty that you can assert rescission.
