Company - Patnership

I have a question let say for instance I have a LLc in patnership with another person. And, one of the patner's have been taking money from the company. What is the other person agree's to pay the monies back but over time. Does one of the partner's take them to court and is that grounds for imprisonment.

The question you ask is actually a criminal law one and not a civil law question. What you need to do is locate a local attorney to help you with the business issue.
