Financial judgement credit related.

Is a judgement for $ issued by a court in Il enforceable in In. Did not recieve notice due to moving....am willing to pay but just making my bills as it is. Lien on Il account is how I found out.Will probably lose my job if wage garnishment applied currently probationary for 6 mos

It can be transferred to Indiana. By the way, your employer faces serious penalties if you are fired for a wage garnishment.

The judgment can be registered in Indiana. Once that is done, a wage garnishment can be placed. Your best bet is to contact the attorney for the creditor and negotiate a payment plan.
