Legal Question in Business Law in Indiana
My issue deals with auto dealer discount coupons. I took my vehicle to a dealer yesterday with appropriate coupons that I received in a Valpak. When I picked up my vehicle the line items for each service that I had coupons for had more than doubled in price. The line items reflected labor for each of those maintenance items. The coupons (which I can email copies to you) do not state that labor is extra nor do they state labor is included.
Is this legal?
