Legal Question in Business Law in Indiana

is it legal for a resturaunt to refuse you service for no reason? My ex-boyfriend is friends with the owner of a bar I like to go to and he claims she will kick me out. I have never caused trouble there. is this legal?

Generally speaking, a restaurant can choose to serve whomever they want to as long as a denial is not based on ethnicity, age, sex, race, religion etc.

If a public restaurant denies you service while serving all other visiting members of public, it is DISCRIMINATION.

Cause a lawyer notice to be issues for reason and apology and not to repeat the act and ask for damages and then file law - suit for damages.
