Legal Question in Business Law in Indiana

Question about pay.

The company I work for made everyone go to direct deposit. They said anyone that did not enroll in direct deposit would have disciplinary action taken against them. Is this legal? thanks

Well, you could leave the job. Indiana is an at-will employment state and if the employer wants to condition employment on direct deposit of pay, they can do so.

Yes. It is legal. However, if you are a member of a union, you may have some rights to assert.
