Legal Question in Business Law in Indiana
I received half of my exhubands shares in some apartments he owned. I sold my interest in 2007. When I sold them, I was not given any thing that stated what the apartments were worth. I had no choice but to take what they gave me for them. I received almost nothing for them. Anyway, my x just sold his shares and I found out he got half a million for them! I was floored because I only got $55,000.00 for the same shares!!! Do I have any ground to stand on with this matter?

Please post more details? To whom did you sell them to? Were you represented by counsel? Did you have a broker? Were you divorced at the time? When did you receive your half? What do you mean "upi had no choice"?
