Refunds
I am a photographer, I charge for photo sessions as well as portrait packages, do I have to have a sign, or something in writing that lets consumers know, a ''no show, no call'' for an appointment is non-refundable, even though we tell them at the time they schedule.

you should have a sign also with large letters in a conspicuous place.
