Legal Question in Business Law in Indiana

Similar name and business concept

I'm starting a business modeled after an existing one using a similar name. Their's is called 'Coffee News' and mine is called 'Coffee Bytes', and we both focus on local publication distributed through area restaurants for patrons to read. We have similar content, but as of now neither of us are infringing on the other's territory so there is no direct competition. I'm still developing the project and am currently unheard of beside any recent contacts i have made in my home city of Michigan City, but i'm concerned about retaliation later once my business does grow. Is 'Coffee' too general a term? Here's the trademark link: (tess2.uspto.gov/bin/showfield?f=doc&state=4003:46n7fu.2.60) - thanks for your help.
