small claims...?
I am a local videographer. I produced
a :30 spot for a tattoo shop. This was
a barter agreement. I do a spot for
them, the do some work for me. My
work is complete. Now the first appt.
was rescheduled, the second one,
she was a ''no show'' and now they
dont return phone calls or emails.
The best part is they never even saw
the finished work. Now I want to
collect my full rate. How can I do
this? I have several emails showing
that a barter agreement was in
place. I have a :30 second
commercial for their shop...I dont
have any tattoos...What are my
options. My work would have cost @
$2500.
