Legal Question in Business Law in Indiana
Trade mark laws / Business name
Here's the deal .....I Have already registered the name ''apex automation'' as a LLC in the state of Indiana.
After further research I have found a company in Pa. with the name apex automation Inc.
Is the difference of Inc. and LLC enough of a difference in the name of these two businesses to keep me out of trouble as far as trade mark laws and such.
P.S. We are both pretty much in the same business.

No! However, depending on the market of your business, it may not be an issue anyway.
