Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Indiana

Filing a suit after agreeing to terms of a deferral

I recently was charged with disorderly conduct, and my lawyer worked out a deferral agreement with prosecution. The terms included community service and I signed the document, but it doesn't state anywhere that I admit guilt to the charge, so I assume that I am not guilty and my question is that since I am not guilty, can I still file a lawsuit against the precinct for false arrest even though I agreed to the terms without admitting guilt?

[lawabby]Why are you pushing to get into more trouble? You got a great deal and now you want to smack them in the face with it?[/lawabby]

Get your attorney to explain this to you you, since you are represented by counsel.
