Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Indiana
i had a service agreement with a company for two years,but due to the mental torture and incentives not paid proper as said at the time of joining ,i quit the company without prior notice.now that they have send me a legal notice mentioning that i have to pay them 1 lac rs for the training what they say they have given but i dint get any such training from them,and should not join any competitor for the next 2 years.service agreement was done on the company paper head.can u please advice me what to do at this situation ,can they take me behind bars.
