I am creating an online social network where clothing items are exchanged. What age restriction do I need to place on site registration? It is a US based company.

If you're building upon an existing platform (Ning, etc.), you'll have to work with their restrictions. If you're creating a new network, any age restriction will largely be determined by the type of information you collect.
